I was reading an article on the BBC News website, and pictured there was Prof Martin Rees. (He is about halfway down the page)

For whatever reason his visage struck me as being like that of a Bond villain or at least a nefarious Npc. Does he look like a malefactor to you? If you think he looks like he has some kind of story, I'm curious as to what that might be. This can be in a Dnd context or any other. Who does he look like to you?
